You Can Do Anything You Want

Ella loves to play church. And she is good at it. She follows the schedule of Promiseland Express, where she goes at our church. She is usually the large group teacher, I am Luke's teacher, and Luke is one of the kids. So Luke and I have to come out of our room into the large group room and sit on the blanket while she is the teacher. We sing and dance, help her find her Bible, listen to her Bible story, and pray. Her Bible stories are almost always accurate but they mixed together. Her facts are usually right, but she has different stories intertwined. For example, she was talking about someone going to jail and Jesus coming to save them but then there was a rainbow as a sign God would never flood the earth again. Her songs are sometimes songs she sings at church (again sometimes intertwined) and sometimes her songs are ones she makes up. Her song yesterday was too cute not to share.....

Moms and dads have to listen to God, brothers and sisters have to listen to moms and dads. You can do anything you want, but you can't do anything you want because you have to listen to God. Moms and dads have to listen to God, brothers and sisters have to listen to moms and dads. Babies come out their mommies' bellies, but not yet, they have to go to the hospital and then the doctors get the babies out of the mommies' bellies. And repeat. =)

We had been talking about how God gives us free will, so we have the ability to make our own choices, but we still need to do as God asks us and live our lives as Jesus Christ did, so it does show that they listen. Moms and Dads really do have to listen to God!
